Role Overview
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify pipeline for GTV. You will be the first point of contact with operators and leaders at brands, agencies, and media companies. This role is for someone who is energized by outbound, loves selling transformative products, and wants to help shape the go-to-market motion at an early-stage AI company.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting through targeted social outreach, email, and calls to decision-makers at brands, agencies, and media companies
- Qualify outbound leads and book high-quality meetings
- Research accounts and personas to craft personalized, relevant outreach that breaks through the noise
- Partner closely with the GTM team and CEO to refine targeting, messaging, and playbooks
- Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in CRM and contribute to forecasting and reporting
- Serve as an early voice of the customer, surfacing patterns from prospect conversations to inform positioning and product
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B/B2C sales, or equivalent outbound experience
- Track record of exceeding activity and pipeline goals
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales workflow automation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to different personas
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced, early-stage environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in CRM management

- Background prospecting into brands, agencies, or media companies
- Familiarity with video, media, advertising, or creator tools
Compensation
- $55K–$65K base salary + commission
