Role Overview

We're looking for a GTM Engineer to build and scale the go-to-market engine for GTV. You'll combine technical skills with commercial instincts to automate prospecting, build outbound infrastructure, create product-led growth experiences, and optimize every stage of the sales funnel. This role is for someone who loves building systems that drive revenue and wants to help shape the future of media.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build data enrichment, lead scoring, and prospect targeting systems
  • Create product-led growth experiences that convert prospects, such as interactive demos and personalized sample generation
  • Build and optimize landing pages, conversion flows, and marketing touchpoints
  • Design and deploy automated multi-channel outbound systems (email, LinkedIn, and beyond) with personalized messaging
  • Instrument and analyze the full sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
  • Partner closely with the CEO and sales team to refine positioning, targeting, and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth engineering, GTM engineering, or a technical marketing/sales operations role
  • Proficiency building automated workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, Phantombuster, or custom scripts
  • Strong technical skills on frontend (Next.js, Tailwind) and backend (Node.js, Python)
  • Experience with CRM systems, sequencing tools, and analytics platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to design experiments, measure results, and iterate quickly
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced, early-stage environments

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience at early-stage or high-growth startups
  • Background in AI, video, media, or advertising
  • Experience building product-led growth flows or interactive demo experiences
