Role Overview

We're looking for a Growth Marketer Intern to drive demand for GTV. You will manage creator accounts across platforms like TikTok and Instagram, run growth experiments across channels, and help shape how AI-generated content is made and distributed. This role is for someone who loves internet culture, AI tools, and creating content that gets attention.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute content using GTV across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Manage and grow autonomous creator accounts across platforms
• Design and run acquisition experiments across organic and paid channels
• Experiment with new content formats, hooks, and trends to drive engagement and top-of-funnel growth
• Collaborate with GTM and Engineering teams on creative strategy, positioning, and launches
• Instrument funnels, track performance metrics, and iterate based on results

Requirements

• Strong interest in growth marketing, content creation, social media, and AI
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, or YouTube
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or CapCut
• Strong creative instincts and taste in short-form content
• Self-motivated and comfortable moving quickly
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Prior experience managing creator or brand accounts
• Background in marketing, media, or video editing
• Experience growing social accounts or creating viral content
• Familiarity with AI video or image generation tools

Compensation

• $15–20/hour
• Flexible hours
