Role Overview
We're looking for a Growth Marketer to drive demand generation for GTV. You will work closely with Sales and Engineering to build and scale acquisition across paid and organic channels, run experiments end to end, and turn data into repeatable growth. This role is for someone who is creative, analytical, and wants to build a growth engine from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow paid marketing across search, social, and programmatic channels
- Drive organic growth through SEO, GEO, content, email, and lifecycle marketing
- Test new audiences, messages, creative, offers, and landing pages
- Improve conversion from first touch to qualified pipeline
- Track performance, manage budgets, and improve CAC and payback
- Work with Sales and Engineering on campaigns, launches, and growth opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand-generation marketing
- Track record of scaling acquisition and hitting measurable growth targets
- Hands-on experience with paid channels including Google and Meta
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with marketing analytics and experimentation
- Excellent writing and strong judgment in messaging and positioning
- Self-motivated and comfortable moving quickly in an early-stage environment
- Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, or other generative AI products
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing SaaS, AI, or creative technology products
- Background in B2B, B2C, or product-led growth
- Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup

- $120K–$150K base salary
