Role Overview
We're looking for a Growth Marketer to own and scale demand for GTV. You will design and run acquisition experiments across channels, build the content and lifecycle engine that turns interest into pipeline, and partner with sales to convert demand into revenue. This role is for a hands-on operator who loves shipping, measuring, and iterating.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth roadmap end-to-end: strategy, experimentation, execution, and measurement
- Design and run acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, content, social, and community channels
- Build the lifecycle and nurture engine (email, retargeting, onboarding) to convert interest into qualified pipeline
- Partner with Engineers and SDRs to align top-of-funnel with sales motion and feedback loops
- Produce and distribute high-quality content — case studies, launches, demos — that resonates with brands, agencies, and media companies
- Instrument funnels, define success metrics, and report on CAC, conversion, and pipeline contribution
- Collaborate with the CEO and product team on positioning, launches, and category narrative
Requirements
- 3+ years of growth, performance, or product marketing experience, ideally at a B2B or prosumer SaaS company
- Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth from zero-to-one or early-stage environments
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable designing experiments, instrumenting funnels, and reasoning from data
- Excellent writing and storytelling instincts, with an ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value
- Hands-on with modern growth tooling (ads platforms, analytics, CRM, lifecycle/email, SEO)
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving fast without a playbook
Nice to Have
- Prior experience at early-stage or high-growth startups
- Background marketing to brands, agencies, media companies, or creative teams
- Familiarity with AI, video, media, advertising, or creator tools

- $130K–$180K base salary
